The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 District Collector, Jalgaon to consider the petitioner's grievance in the form of complaint application dated 04.12.2023 (Exhibit-N) on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 12 weeks, if necessary by extending an opportunity of hearing. 4.
