The petitioners seem to be compelled to approach this Court again and again for the simple reason that the committee is not deciding his proposal in spite of the earlier directions of this Court. 2.

Once having noticed that the petitioners are already armed with an order of this Court in the manner solicited in Writ Petition No. 10025/2021 dated 09.09.2021, inter alia directing the committee to decide their proposals within six months from that date and even giving some discount for the intervening period, inasmuch as the petitioner was not possessing a certificates in the prescribed form, lastly, they had submitted the fresh proposals as mentioned herein above on 24.09.2022. 3.

In our considered view, there is no point in passing a same order when the petitioners can seek implementation of the directions of this Court dated 09.09.2021 in Writ Petition No. 10025/2021. 4.

Keeping that avenue open to the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of.
