Challenge in this writ petition is to an order passed by the District Magistrate in exercise of powers under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, against which the petitioner has statutory remedy of appeal under Section 17 before the Debt Recovery Tribunal.

Hence, keeping all contentions raised by the petitioners in this writ petition open to be agitated in the appeal, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
