The petitioner is awaiting decision of Respondent No.2 Education Officer (Secondary) on the proposal forwarded by the management dated 21.02.2025 (Exhibit-A) seeking approval to the transfer effected in purported exercise of the powers under Rule 41 and 41A of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981.

The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to take appropriate decision on the proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks without referring to
