The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has tendered an SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT order passed by the Respondent - Zilla Parishad dated 27th February Digitally signed by SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Date:

2026.03.07 10:58:55 +0530 2026, by which the suspension order dated 13th February 2025 has been revoked. The Petitioner has been directed to join the duties at Shahapur. The revocation order dated 27th February 2026, which is 1/3

tendered, is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 2.

In view of the revocation order marked X, nothing survives in the present Petition, which impugns the suspension order. 3.

The rights and contentions of the Petitioner are kept open including the rights to challenge the inquiry proceedings as well as any adverse order, if passed therein, considering that the revocation order is made subject to the outcome of the inquiry proceedings against the Petitioner.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has stated that the Petitioner is willing to join the duties, as Health Assistant in primary Health Centre at Thaluka Shahapur, Thane District as per revocation order dated 27th February 2026 without prejudice to the rights of the Petitioner.

The Petitioner's plea for the suspension allowance to be paid by the Respondent - Zilla Parishad to the Petitioner shall be considered by the Respondent - Zilla Parishad in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of with no order as to costs.
