In this petition, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the impugned order dated 1st April, 2025, by which the agreement for lease dated 28th March, 1994 executed in favour of the petitioner in respect of Plot No. 45, Sector-7, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, has been terminated on the ground that the petitioner has failed to commence/complete the construction.

Learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the show-cause notice dated 27th February, 2025, which culminated into passing of the impugned order dated 1st April, 2025 has not been served on the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the learned Senior Advocate for respondent nos.1 to 4 prays for short accommodation to enable him to seek instructions. 4.
