Learned counsel for the Petitioners placed on record a copy of communication dated 30.06.2025 addressed by the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik (for short "MUHS") which proposes to cancel the affiliation as the Institution is not complying with the fire safety rules. As this issue is pending in this Court and we have taken the undertaking on record, it is directed that MUHS should not take any further coercive steps pursuant to the issuance of the communication dated 30.06.2025 addressed to the Petitioners. 4.

List the Petition on 4th July, 2025.
