It is informed by the learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner that the Divisional Fire Officer is to inspect the Hospital Facilities as well as the other buildings of the Petitioner on 10th May 2025. Referring to the communication dated 26th December 2024 issued by the Divisional Fire Officer, it is submitted that Item Nos. 4 & 6 of the said communication relate to areas where no hospital activities are conducted. The said contention is kept open for being brought to the notice of the Divisional Fire Officer. Suresh 1/2

After such inspection is carried out by the Divisional Fire Officer, the report to that extent be submitted. 3.

In terms of the order dated 28th April 2025, the learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the amount of penalty as demanded by the Zilla Parishad has been paid. This statement is accepted.

Stand over to 2nd July 2025 with liberty to apply in case of any contingency.

The ad-interim operating to continue till the next date of the proceedings.
