The petitioner is challenging show cause notice, which he has not produced on record, whereby, the committee has called upon him to participate in an enquiry initiated by it for recalling the certificate of validity issued to him on the ground of alleged fraud. 3.

Considering the fact that the show cause notice was issued long back that is on 24.12.2024 and he has not even responded to it till date, we dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioner to approach the committee and respond to the show cause notice. Needless to state that it would always be open for the petitioner, if the committee recalls the validity to resort to the remedies challenging such decision. ( Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, J.) (MANGESH S.
