Both these petitions impugned an order passed by the District Deputy Registrar, fixing upset price in relation to the property owned by the petitioners. The order passed by the Deputy District Registrar, fixing the upset price, is subject revision under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. 2.

Hence, keeping all questions raised by the petitioner, open to be agitated in the revision.

The Revisional Authority shall decide the revision on its own merits.
