The petitioner is seeking an early decision on her tribe claim, stating that the vigilance inquiry has been completed but she has not been provided with the report. She further submits that she is currently appearing for her 12th standard examination and intends to pursue higher studies, for which a validity certificate is must.

The writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit appropriate application to the committee making out the grounds and seeking early decision on her tribe
