Mr. Bhirange, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the amount determined as compensation by Order dated 27th July 2017 will be deposited before the learned Trial Court as per the direction dated 27th July 2017 passed by the learned District Judge-7, Pune below Exhibit-5 in Regular Civil Appeal No.1026 of 2016. He states that arrears, if any, will be deposited within a period of 15 days from today.

In view of said statements of the Petitioner, the eviction decree shall not be executed till next date.
