The limited prayer in the Petition is to direct an expeditious hearing of an Application for temporary injunction (Exhibit "5") filed by the Petitioner-Plaintiff in SCS No. 1953 of 2023, pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune. Mr. Joshi, the learned Counsel for ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL the Petitioners submits that the Petitioner-Plaintiffs had completed thier ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.04.29 09:10:50 +0530 submissions in the said Application on 20th February 2024. However, the Application has not been heard and decided.

The Court is informed that the next scheduled date of the matter is 3rd May 2025.

Without delving into correctness of the assertions in the Petition regarding the delay in hearing of the Application for temporary injunction, it may be expedient to request the Trial Court seized with SCS No. 1953 of 2023 to decide the Application for temporary injunction (Exhibit "5") expeditiously.

The learned Civil Judge is thus, requested to make an endeavour to hear and decide the Application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from 3rd May 2025. 7.

Petition disposed.
