Prima facie it appears that the petitioner claims to be legal representative of a grantee, who was conferred with status of allottee by the government. The petitioner and respondents are the legal representatives. Based on petitioner's entitlement, his name was certified in the revenue record, which was set aside by the Appellate Authority; however, Commissioner restored the petitioners name but the State Government without assigning justifiable reason have granted stay. The result of stay will be to

Hence, until further orders the order passed by respondent no.1 dated 7/10/2024, shall remain stayed.
