We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and perused the record. It is apparent that the Petitioner is not having requisite qualification.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner sought a pass over and now submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner be permitted to withdraw this Petition. It is further pleaded that leave be granted to approach the Tribunal.

In view of the above, since we have noticed that the Petitioner does not have the requisite qualifications as are required in terms of the advertisement, the liberty to approach the Tribunal is turned down.

At this juncture, the Petitioner repeats the request to permit him to withdraw the Petition. As such, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.
