The petitioner who is Management claims that in spite of several communications its various requests soliciting permission, approval etc. are not being considered by respondent - Education Officer (Secondary).

The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent - Education Officer (Secondary) to consider the proposals dated 15.03.2024 and 29.08.2024, whereby, the Management is seeking approval to the appointment of the headmaster and the proposal dated 21.02.2025 seeking the roster to be approved, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks.
