Needless to state, that all contentions of all parties are kept open.

This order shall not be construed to mean that the Petitioner's registration with the Respondent No.1 -Pradhikaran is renewed. The Respondent No.1 is at liberty to decide the Petitioner's application for renewal of his registration on its own merits. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order. DR.
