Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

A limited grievance in the Petition is that the application of the Petitioners for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the Respondent State (Exh.45) has not been heard and decided expeditiously. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners made a submission that the Petitioners had advanced submissions on the said Application in the month of December 2024. Roznama dated 28 April 2025 indicates that the said application is listed for arguments/orders on 16 June 2025. 4.

Without delving into the correctness of the grievance regarding delay in hearing of the said application (Exh.45), the Petition stands disposed with a request to the learned Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Panvel, seized with Special Darkhast No.65 of 2015 in LAR No.33 of 1996 to hear and decide the SSP 1/2
