We dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent No.2 to consider the proposals dated 08.07.2024 and 31.12.2024 on their own merits and in accordance with the law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks under intimation to the petitioner, without referring to the Government Resolution dated 29.04.2024 and the subsequent circular dated 03.10.2024.
