Learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn our attention to application dated 30th August 2007, which is annexed at page No.35 of the paper-book. It is submitted that respondent No.8 has not taken any action on the said representation which is in respect of recording the names of the petitioners in record of rights of land Survey No. 249 Hissa No.2 admeasuring 35 R at Malad, Borivali, Mumbai. Learned counsel for the petitioners, however, submits that a fresh application will be made to the respondent No.8DSS 1/2
p-501-cwp-5676-25.doc Tahsildar, Mumbai Suburban District, Mumbai to bring on record all subsequent events and orders passed so as to enable the respondent No. 8 - Tahsildar to take appropriate decision. If such application is made respondent No.8Tahsildar shall decide it expeditiously. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will furnish copy of the application so made to respondent Nos.1 to 7. It is open for respondent Nos.1 to 7 to oppose the application.
