Considering the fact that the petitioner is questioning the sustainability of the order passed by the Education Officer (Secondary) dated 04th October, 2024, refusing to grant approval to the petitioner's appointment on the compassionate ground, in the light of the modalities and the remedy prescribed under the Government Resolution dated 27th march, 2024, since the impugned order has been passed after 1st January, 2024, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to resort to that remedy. 2.

If any such challenge/appeal is preferred within three weeks, the Appellate Authority shall not refuse to consider it on the ground that it is not prescribed within the time, prescribed under the Government Resolution.
