The learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, after we put up a query as to why the Tribunal cannot have a jurisdiction to decide the issue being raised in the light of Section 15 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 read with definition of 'service matters' contained in Section 3(q).
