Since the petitioner (in each writ petition) is challenging certificate issued under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, against which the petitioner has remedy of filing revision under Section 154 of the said Act, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petitions.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

Hence, by keeping all questions raised by the petitioner open to be agitated before the revisional authority, the writ petitions stand disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
