The learned Additional G.P. submits, on instructions, that Respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Officer, Ichalkaranji, District Kolhapur, has realized his mistake and the impugned orders passed in all these matters are being recalled, keeping in view that the closest blood relatives of the Petitioners have been granted the Koli Mahadev Scheduled Tribe Certificate. He submits that all of them will be issued with the Koli Mahadev Scheduled Tribe Certificate within 15 days from today.

In view of the above, all these Writ Petitions are disposed off.
