Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 21 July 2025. 2.

Prima facie, it appears that the necessary documents to adjudicate status of respondent as tenant were considered by the Tahsildar and Sub-Divisional Officer. The Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal ought to have drawn inference based on the documents produced by the parties, which inquiry need not have been relegated to the Tahsildar.

Hence, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) until further orders.
