The limited prayer made by the petitioners is for expeditious consideration of the representation made by the petitioners on 3rd September 2024 before the respondent no.4 - Sub-Divisional Officer, Bhiwandi Division, Bhiwandi. By the said representation, the petitioners seek to bring to the notice of the said Authority the violation of the terms and conditions of permission granted under Section 43 of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1940.

petitioners and respondent no.5 herein, a decision shall be taken. The statement is accepted.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid statement. Rival contentions about merits of the petitioners' representation are kept open.
