By the present writ petition, the petitioners are challenging order appointing Administrator on the Society, of which petitioners are Managing Committee members. It is undisputed that the term of the Managing Committee has expired in the year 2020. Therefore, the appointment of Administrator to conduct election need not be interfered with. However, the Election Authority shall appoint Returning Officer to conduct elections as expeditiously as possible.

With this clarification, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
