The learned AGP, in presence of the law officer of the committee, informs us that the committee has closed the petitioner's matter for passing final order and it would be passed, in any case, within two weeks. 3.

In the light of such statement statement, which we accept as an undertaking to the court, writ petition is disposed off. 4.
