The learned AGP appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2State has submitted that the prior order passed by this Court on 4th July 2025 has been complied with by the Respondent-State taking physical possession of the secured asset on 11th September 2025. Thereafter, the physical possession of the secured asset has been handed over by the RespondentState to the Petitioner. 2.

We accordingly are satisfied that the prior order of this Court has been complied with, by the Respondent-State.
