On 10th October 2025, this Petition was listed with a bunch of other Writ Petitions when it was noted that the Respondent/Borrower had again trespassed in the subject property after possession of the same had been delivered to the Petitioners in pursuance of an order passed by the District Magistrate under Section 14 of the The Securitisation And Reconstruction Of Financial Assets And Enforcement Of Security Interest Act, 2002. In that light, notice was issued to the borrowers. 2.
