The petitioner, who has secured employment against a reserved seat, is now facing with a precarious situation wherein, neither his tribe claim is being decided nor his employer ready to continue him for want of certificate of validity.

Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent committee to expedite the hearing of the petitioner's claim and decided it finally, in any case, within six months.

The petitioner shall not be terminated from the employment for a period of six months.
