Date : September 24, 2025.
P. C. :
1.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the order dated 25th June 2025 passed by the Principal Seat of this Court in Writ Petition No. 4317 of 2025, by which the impugned order dated 18th March 2025 is sustained only to the extent of cancellation of the work order of the petitioner in respect of Barshi Division. Their Lordships further held that 1 of
the order dated 18th March 2025, to the extent it seeks to cancel work order of the petitioner in Pandharpur Division and Solapur Division, is set aside.
3.
The present petition challenges the impugned order passed by the respondent no.2 for Solapur Division. Prima facie, in our opinion, the order dated 25th June 2025 in Writ Petition No. 4317 of 2025 will also cover the controversy in the present case and the petition must succeed. 4.
However, only by way of indulgence, learned counsel for the petitioner to serve the private notice on the respondents informing them the next date of hearing as 7th October 2025. 5.
It is made clear that if the respondents do not appear despite service of private notice, as the court's notice has already been served on the respondents on the previous occasion and there has been appearance on behalf of the respondents, this Court may be constrained to pass appropriate orders after hearing the petitioner and considering the materials on record.
