In a proceeding under section 39 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959, the respondent no.2/Divisional Commissioner by a communication dated 21.03.2025 (Exh.D) has solicited an inquiry and a report from the respondent no.3 the CEO of the Zilla Parishad and the petitioner is keen to have that report since it is a matter of disqualification. 2.

Mr. U.B. Bondar h/f. Pratap Vikhe submits that he has instructions to appear for respondent nos.3 and 4 and submits that necessary report would be forwarded as expeditiously as possible. 3.
