Challenge in this writ petition is to an order dated 21st April 2025 passed by respondent No.2 in exercise of power under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. It is undisputed that the petitioner had already filed a revision under Section 154 of the Act, challenging the order dated 21st April 2025. Therefore, in my opinion, it is not necessary to entertain the petition, the writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
