In this writ petition, the petitioner, inter alia, has assailed the validity of notice of termination dated 22nd January, 2025 by which contract issued to the petitioner has been cancelled.

In view of Clause 4.11.6 contained in the agreement executed between the parties, which provides for remedy of arbitration, learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter to some extent, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to take recourse to the remedy prescribed under Clause 4.11.6 of the contract. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the liberty as prayed for.
