The petitioner's claim is pending with the scrutiny committee for validation of his tribe claim and he wants an early decision and is soliciting a writ of mandamus therefor.

The writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit appropriate application making out the grounds for early decision of the tribe claim. If such an application is made the committee shall consider it on its own merits and act accordingly.
