Learned advocate for the petitioner at the outset submits that the petitioner does not intend to challenge the decision of the respondents, whereby they have cancelled her performance at the TET- 2019 on the basis of alleged scam regarding which a crime has been registered and the charge-sheet has been filed. He submits that she only intends to participate in the selection process through Pavitra Portal on the basis of her C-TET certificate. 1/2
902 WP NO. 5805 OF 2025 3.
Considering the fact that the on going selection process through Pavitra Portal has been going on, on the basis of TAIT-22, in light of the fact that a candidate has to seek such employment every time by appearing at the Teacher Aptitude and Intelligence Test (TAIT) and the performance at the TAIT is valid only for one process, unless the petitioner hereinafter appears at the TAIT, stated to have been scheduled in the year 2025, she cannot seek to participate in the selection process. Therefore, to this extent, even if she is eligible to appear at the TAIT, in spite of cancellation of her performance at the TET-2019, there is no immediate cause of action. Depending upon her performance at the TAIT-2025, she can seek to participate in the process.

The petition is disposed of.
