Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners.

The Petitioners are working as teachers of the Ashram School since the date mentioned in the Petition at Paragraph H. It is the grievance of the Petitioners that the Petitioners have not been paid salary since June 2021.

Our attention is invited to the order dated 21st December 2015 passed by the Aurangabad Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.10292 of 2015 alongwith other connected Writ Petitions. 4.

In light of the said order and on the request of the Learned AGP, we MMP

2 910-WP 5807-25.doc deem it appropriate to grant time to Respondent-State to place on record the Affidavit in Reply.

However, considering that the Petitioners are without salary from the month of June 2021, by way of an interim order, we direct the Respondents to pay to the Petitioners 50% of the arrears towards salary on or before 10th August 2025, subject to furnishing an undertaking by the Petitioners that in case the present Petition is dismissed, they will refund all the amount paid to them within six weeks from the date of such dismissal. Such undertaking to be filed by the Petitioners on or before 28th July 2025.
