An innocuous prayer is put forth by the Petitioner that his pending representation dated 4th November, 2024 with Respondent No.1, seeking condonation of the break in service of 4 months and 14 days from 1st May, 2005 to 13th September, 2005, be decided. Since we are issuing a direction for an early decision on the representation, we are not issuing notice to the Respondents. The learned AGP causes an appearance on behalf of Respondent No.7. 2.

Let Respondent No.1 deal with the aforesaid representation of the Petitioner by following the due procedure laid down in law. All stakeholders be granted a reasonable opportunity to Gauri Gaekwad
