The only prayer made in the writ petition is for a direction to be issued to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation made to the respondent stating therein that there has been a breach of conditions of lease that was granted by the order dated 14th October 1964. The members of the petitioner-Society claim to be affected by such breach. 2.

Since this representation has been made on 21st February 2025, it is directed that the respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law and take a decision thereon, after giving an opportunity to all parties likely to be affected by such decision. By clarifying that all issues on merits are open, the writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 3.
