We are informed by both the parties that the issue involved in the above Writ Petition is pending before this Court in several other Writ Petitions and those matters have been fixed on 10th June 2025 under the caption 'for directions'.

It is also pointed out that in all those matters, interim and/or adinterim relief has been granted. The prayer, therefore, today, is that the above
Writ Petition also be tagged along with those Writ Petitions and be kept on 10th June 2025 'for directions' and in the meanwhile, ad-interim relief be granted in terms of prayer clause (d) of the Petition. 3.
Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, and considering that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is pending in several other Writ Petitions, we direct that the above Writ Petition be tagged along with Writ Petition No.465 of 2021 and other connected Writ Petitions and be kept on board 'for directions' on 10th June 2025. 4.
In the meanwhile, and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Respondents, there will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (d) which reads thus:
"(d) this Hon'ble Court, pending the hearing and final disposal of this Writ Petition, be pleased to direct the Respondents by themselves, their officers, subordinates, servants and agents by an interim order and injunction to refrain from acting upon or taking any further steps or proceedings in pursuance of and / or in furtherance of the impugned Order in Original No.
PLG/CGST/ADC/VRR/52/2024-25 dated 08.01.2025 issued under Section 74 of the CGST Act 2017 by Respondent No.3, including any recovery proceedings pursuant thereto;"

Stand over to 10th June 2025 'for directions'. 6.
