The petitioner is anxious with the Second Appeal which has been pending with the respondent No.2 under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

On instructions, the learned AGP submits that merely, the post is vacant, whose additional charge has been with the Commissioner at Pune. New person is to join on 07 May and would need sometime to decide the Second Appeal.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's Second Appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks of resuming the charge.
