VERSUS

THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA THROUGH ITS SECRETARY AND OTHERS ...

CORAM

:

MANGESH S. PATIL & Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, JJ.

DATE : 02.05.2025 PER COURT :

.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that irrespectively of the articulation of the prayer clauses, the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No. 1. 2.

However, it appears that already the petitioner has armed with a similar order in writ petition No. 4363 of 2024, dated 26.04.2024, there is no point in passing a similar direction. The remedy for the petitioners are cut out under the Contempt of Courts Act invoking the powers of this Court not only under the Act but also pursuant to the Article 215 of the Constitution of India. 3.

With that liberty, the writ petition is disposed of. (Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, J.) (MANGESH S. PATIL, J.) Jhs/ 1/1
