By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner is seeking a direction to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to provide necessary police assistance to the Authorized Officer of Respondent No. 3 for restoring possession of the secured asset, being a piece and parcel of the property bearing Plot No. 21, area admeasuring No. 207 Sq. Meters, along with a constructed area of 40 square meter, having Grampanchayat Property No. 4112, out of Survey No. 439/A/1, situated at village Pimpalgaon Baswant, Taluka Niphad, District Nashik, back to the Petitioner. 1/2 Mayur

The learned AGP appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 on instructions states that, Respondents will restore possession of the said secured asset to the Petitioner on or before 16th March 2026. This statement is accepted.

In view of the above statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There should be no order as to costs.

The petition shall be placed for compliance on 17th March 2026.
