Heard Mr. Karan Thorat, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Ms. Charmi Karn Masand, Respondent No.2, in-person. 2.

By the present Writ Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the challenge is to the legality and validity of the Order dated 23rd December 2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Mumbai below Exhibit-34 in Petition No. A-75 of 2019 ("impugned Order"). By the impugned Order the present Petitioner-father has been directed to co-operate with the Respondent No.2-mother for renewal of the passport of the minor son by giving the requisite NOC. It has been further directed that the Respondent shall seek permission of the Court before taking the child abroad by filing the complete itinerary with dates, venue and stay address.

Mr. Karan Thorat, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions of the Petitioner who is personally present in Court, states that the Petitioner will give requisite NOC for renewal of the passport of minor son within a period of 1 week from today. 4.

The said statement made by Mr. Karan Thorat, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions of the Petitioner who is personally present in Court, is accepted as undertaking given to this Court. 5.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
