On 26 June 2025 we had disposed of this petition considering what was informed to us that respondent nos.3 to 11 although were served, were not represented. Today, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no service was effected on respondent nos.3 to 11 in regard to whom the order was passed permitting the Municipal Corporation to take appropriate action in accordance with law to remove the unauthorized constructions. We are of the opinion that respondent nos.3 to 11 thus would be required to appear in the present proceedings, so that after hearing them, orders can be passed on this writ petition. 3.

In this view of the matter, we recall our order dated 26 June 2025. 4.

Issue notice to respondent nos.3 to 11, returnable on 12 August 2025. Hamdast permitted.
