An arguable question as to whether the trial Court could have refused to permit the amendment in the Plaint which is essentially a ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL correction of inadvertent omission in the description of the suit ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.05.09 14:15:12 +0530 property, arises for consideration.

Issue notice to Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and 10 returnable on 20th May 2025 4.

In addition to notice through Court, the Petitioner is at liberty to serve the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and 10 by private service and file an Affidavit of Service.
