Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The challenge in this Petition is to an order dated 3 January 2025 whereby the plaint has been rejected by the trial Court under the provisions of Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 3.

The order of rejection of the plaint amounts to a decree and, thus, an appealable order.

Hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed with liberty to the Petitioner to file an appeal.
