After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to assail the order dated 11th February, 2025 passed by the Ministry of Environment, Forests & Climate Change before the National Green Tribunal. The petitioners also seek liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance insofar as it pertains to benefit of rehabilitation and resettlement.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the liberties as prayed for.
