The impugned order in the present Petition is order dated 06th December 2023. The Writ Petition is filed on 24th March 2025.

Mr. Karmakar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that delay is there as the review was sought. However, perusal of the record shows that even said review application was also rejected by order dated 21st August 2024 and thereafter, the Petition is filed after about 07 months.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 states that access of the child will be given during Diwali Vacation to the Petitioner.
